Place where you can have a great time with your family and friends, and, of course, enjoy a delicious meal in Saint George, Utah.

Bishop’s atmosphere is very casual, friendly, and open. We have an array of customers, from loyal regulars to foreigners looking for a delicious meal on their way to Zion. Our staff is incredibly friendly and compassionate. The cooks possess tremendous skill, and can usually accommodate special dietary needs such as allergies or preparation preferences.

And, of course, the owners, Darby and Theresa, have their hands in everything. They are not the absentee-type restaurant owner. One or the other is always in the back, baking our famous homemade pies, or teasing the servers and cooks.
